Registering your Fidium Insider Portal account

Registration is simple and quick! Let’s go through the registration process here.

You’ll need:

  • Your Fidium account number
  • Your customer PIN (the four-digit number you chose when you set up your account)

How to register:

  1. Provide account information
  2. Select “agree” for the portal Terms of Service
  3. Create a username (email address)
  4. Confirm your registration by clicking on the authentication link sent via email
  5. Select the activation link in your email
  6. Select a security question and answer then sign in

Please note: You are not able to change your username (email address) once you register without deleting your account and then recreating a new account with a brand-new email. The only way to do this is by contacting a Fidium Guide at 1.844.4.FIDIUM (1.844.434.3486).

Why you should register before your installation

Registering before your scheduled installation day is essential. We can’t complete your Fidium service installation without an active portal account.

Account dashboard

Your account dashboard is the home page of your Fidium Insider Portal account.

Check your account dashboard for information and updates. You’ll see:

  • Your current bill amount due and the bill due date
  • Ways to manage paperless billing, AutoPay and other payment options
  • Helpful tips and special offers
  • Quick links to support tools such as guides and FAQs

AutoPay your bill online

AutoPay makes paying bills online with Fidium even easier! When you sign up for AutoPay, your bank or financial institution will transfer the funds directly from your checking, savings or debit/credit card account on the date you specify.

You can set a payment limit on your monthly AutoPay transaction, but if the amount you owe is greater than your payment limit, the transaction will not go through—you will need to pay with another method. Get step-by-step instructions on setting up AutoPay.

Even without AutoPay, you can go paperless. Sign up for paperless billing to receive an email when your bill is ready to view and pay online. Remember, when you enroll in AutoPay or paperless billing, you will enjoy a discount of $2.50 each. If you enroll in both, that’s a total of $5.00 off your bill every month!

Using the right browser to access your Fidium Insider Portal

If you’re accessing the portal from a laptop or desktop computer, we recommend you use a recent version of your preferred browser: Google Chrome 27 or newer, Firefox Build 20 or newer, Apple Safari 5.1.7 or newer or Internet Explorer 8.0 or newer.

If you’re accessing the portal from a mobile device, use iOS5, Safari 5.1.7 or newer or Chrome for Android.

Manage phone features and voicemail through the Insider Portal

You can manage your phone calling features and voicemail through the Fidium Insider Portal.

Here’s how:

  • Log in through Fidium.net
  • Select “Support” in the left-hand menu
  • Select the “Phone” tab
  • Select “Phone & Voicemail Manager”

Can you manage your network from the Fidium Insider Portal?

The Fidium Insider Portal is designed to help manage billing and services. You cannot manage your network from the portal. Instead, use the Fidium Attune™ WiFi app or Fidium Attune@Work™ WiFi app to manage your network settings or run a speed test.

Please note that your Fidium Network Expert will help you download this app during installation—if you download it before, you will not be able to log in.
