Paperless billing


Paperless billing saves you time and money. Instead of receiving a physical bill in the mail, we’ll send you an email when your statement becomes available as a downloadable PDF in the Fidium Insider Portal.

Customers who enroll in paperless billing enjoy a $2.50 per month discount on their internet service. You can switch back to receiving paper bills whenever you want.

To enroll in paperless billing, just log in to your Fidium Insider Portal. From there, go to the Billing & Payments tab or click the links to Go Paperless.

Get a copy of your bill


You may need copies of your bills to submit work expense reports or document expenditures for your tax return.

You can find and download PDF copies of your past and current bills in the Fidium Insider Portal.
