Change password on WiFi gateway

We'll walk you through on how to change your WiFi gateway password

Use your Fidium Attune™ WiFi or Fidium Attune@Work™ WiFi app to update your WiFi network password.

Steps to create a new WiFi password using your Attune apps:


Fidium Attune WiFi for Home:

  • Tap the main menu icon on the app home screen
  • Tap the Access tab (iOS) or you will see the Access section under your network name (Android)
  • In the Home settings page, tap New Home Password (iOS) or click the + icon (Android)
  • Enter a new password and tap on the green checkmark to save

Fidium Attune@Work WiFi:

  • Access the Settings menu by tapping the Gear icon on the top right corner of the app
  • There will be three access zones at the top of the page, tap Employee (Limited Access) to create a custom password that can be shared with employees, including the admin - access to local (Secure) devices can be controlled, while still allowing for internet access
