Your portal account needs to be active so we can show you around our customer support tools once we finish setting up your services. Your portal account credentials are the same ones you'll need to login to the Fidium Attune™ or Attune@Work™ WiFi app.
You should have received instructions for creating your customer portal account with your order confirmation email.
If you forget to create your customer portal account, it will take a few extra minutes for us to help you create one during your installation.
