Manage your service during time away with special options from Fidium

Fidium offers seasonal suspension of services for our customers who are on vacation or find themselves away for a long period. If you own a vacation property, close your business or limit business operations during certain times of the year, a seasonal suspension of service might be right for you. It allows you to put your internet and/or phone service on “vacation” while you’re away and easily restore when you return. You can seasonally suspend service for up to 6 months each calendar year.

You can also pay less to keep your service installed while you are away. Instead of paying full price, you’ll only pay $10.00 per month while your home or business internet service is seasonally suspended. And, since you can’t use our VoIP phone service without having a working internet connection, we won’t charge you for phone service while you are away.
