Levels of network access:

1. Home — Full access to internet and devices on your network.
2. Guest — Temporary or limited access to your network.
3. Internet Only — Internet Only access, no additional network devices.

Setting up access:

1. Tap the "Devices" icon in lower right corner of homescreen.
2. Select the connected device you want to manage.
3. Select the level of access for that device.

Enable a guest network:

• Tap the Menu (three bars icon on the home screen) and tap the Access icon
• Choose Guests
• Choose New Guest Password
• Enter the guest password you want your guests to use

Once logged in, guests will have internet access, but they will not be able to access any devices on your network such as printers or file shares.

Grant access by sharing your WiFi password:

• Next to the password you want to share, tap the share icon
• Choose the method you want to use to share your password (Text, email, AirDrop) and send
• Your recipient will receive a link to a webpage where they can access the Network Name and Password (You can also write this information down on your customer quick reference guide)

How to connect devices that require a 2.4 GHz network

Fidium Fiber is an adaptive WiFi network that merges the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. It has one network name but manages your devices in the background, moving them to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network as needed to give you the best WiFi coverage and service.

If your device requires a 2.4 GHz network, simply select your WiFi network name from the device’s list of available WiFi networks and enter your password.
