Official Sweepstakes Rules:

1. Entry: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY TYPE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A purchase will not improve one’s chance of winning. Void where prohibited. To enter, complete the entry form at fidiumfiber.com/fantasy camp. Only one prize per person, household, email address and/or username will be allowed. All entries must be received by 5 p.m. CST on the day of the drawing to be eligible to win a prize. Late and/or subsequent entries per person, per household, per email address and/or username will be disqualified. Consolidated Communications is not responsible for failure to receive an entry for any reason including but not limited to submission and/or transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. All entries become the property of Consolidated Communications and will not be acknowledged or returned. The total prize value is $500. Prizes offered: Four (4) invitations to Kings Fantasy Camp.

2. Eligibility: To participate, you must reside in CA, be a legal US resident, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Consolidated Communications and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and/or win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified.

3. Winner selection: Winners will be chosen in a random drawing conducted by Consolidated Communications on 3/31/2025. Winners will be notified on April 1, 2025 following the conclusion of the drawing by phone call and direct message via email and text. If a winner does not respond to such notification within two (2) business days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified and Consolidated Communications reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Consolidated Communications’ decision concerning selection of winners, as well as all other matters relating to any Promotion, are final and binding. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

4. Limitation of liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Consolidated Communications and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or any other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
